Although relatively new to the arena with 3 years under her belt, Charlotte’s fresh approach to the company has been invaluable. Completely organising individual events from initial enquiry through to the carriages from the venue, her calming, professional approach to each event ensures every occasion is special and ran to its full potential.
Ash joined us in 2013 and has been an asset to the growing team, bringing youth and fresh modern ideas to the menus from his years in the catering industry.
Joined the newest venture in 2014, RS Bars, providing all our events with fully stocked & fully licensed bars. He has a fantastic background in the industry, from cocktail bars to mainstream night clubs, which means every bar is well stocked & fully tendered. ‘Everyone’s best friend for obvious reasons.’

Joined the full-time kitchen brigade in early 2015. Fantastic young talent boasting a extensive background in scaled catering events at a very high level. Great asset to team RS.
