Sian and Stuart became husband and wife on July 24th 2015 in a beautiful ceremony at Herons farm witnessed by family and friends.
Cold Pimms and bottled peroni were served within the barn following the ceremony and delicious canape’s were offered ……
Diddy Angus Beef & Cheddar Burger, Spicy Chilli Jam
Speciality Butchers Sausages tossed in Wild Honey, Sage & Grain Mustard
Spoon of Confit Duck, Spring onion, Cucumber Ribbons & Hoisin Dots
Diddy Cones of Battered Sole with Match Stick Chips & Sauce Tartar.
Beautiful photos were taken within the barn, and when a break in the weather came the newly weds were able to sneak away for some lovely couple shots in the garden.
Speeches saw the father of the bride bring laughter and tears to the room with his wonderful words and stories.
A scrumptious feast was soon to follow..
Cannon of Lamb with jugs of sticky jus,
Garlic dauphinoise, poached spinach and baby wrapped vegetables
Warm chocolate Boston style brownie with
vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce and salt caramel
Compliments were to be heard all around the dining room!
As guests relaxed and chatted the 4 piece band arrived ‘The Kicks’ and when the cake had been cut the evening fun began with dancing and laughter.
Prime roasted Berkshire hog with crispy crackling sage ‘n’ onion stuffing & kilner jars of apple sauce & mustards soft floured baps & warm flat breads,
a much welcome snack for those later evening guests.
