Louisa and Will 31.10.15
On the 31st October 2015 Rs Catering were invited to work with Louisa and Will on their big day.
The wedding reception was held at Elm Farm in Hampstead marshall, within their lovely eco barn.
Louise had done a fantastic job on the decoration, the barn looked beautiful , a woodland theme could be felt throughout.
along with a touch of halloween for good fun
Cava was served on arrival along with delicious canapés
At 4.00pm guests were called to the dining room, were cheers whistles and whoops could be heard as Mr and Mrs Fiddler entered the room, shortly after the wedding feast began…
Blade of Beef, Diddy steak pie
Savoy Cabbage, fine green beans wrapped in courgette ribbons, gruyere gratinated dauphinoise & sticky jus
Butter roasted pork tenderloin… fine green beans wrapped in courgette ribbons… savoy cabbage… gruyere gratinated dauphinoise.. sticky jus
Wild mushroom, goats cheese & baby spinach strudel… fine green beans, poached spinach & roasted ratatouille compote & Baby beets
and to follow a choice of……
Red wine spiced poached pear, chocolate & orange fondant
Traditional steamed spotted dick… vanilla custard
Kilner of toffee crème brûlée, homemade honey combe

These were just a few compliment given by guests on the day!
After dinner pumpkins were lit and the party began, dancing, laughter, cutting of the cake and first dance.
later in the evening waitresses walked around offering diddy bowls of..
ratatouille, thai green curry, pulled pork and paella
“WOWs”could be heard from a very happy bride!
